Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Japantik. If you are not, please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Return Windows

  • Standard Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • EU Customers: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note: Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email us at info@japantik.com to initiate your return.

  2. Authorization: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Please send your package to:

  4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@japantik.com.

5. Damages, Issues, and Exchanges

  • Damages/Defects: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
